The next Mullum Plant Fair will be held next Autumn!
We hope to see you there <3

This biannual Plant Fair comes to life in the Mullum Community Gardens each Autumn and Spring and is a haven for plant enthusiasts from across the region.

The Mullum Plant Fair showcases:

  • Over 30 diverse plant stalls, focusing on natives and food growing plants.
  • Delicious hot/cold food, cold drinks and coffee.
  • Providores of local food products, medicinal herbal products and home made creations that have plant based focus.
  • Talks, workshops, music and kids entertainment.
  • Opportunities to learn how you can get more involved in regenerating our region, including habitat restoration, seed saving, permaculture working groups and more.
  •  Valuable environmental community groups of our area. Find out how you can get involved in community initiatives.
  • Plant raffle.

YOU ARE INVITED TO JOIN US

We invite you to join us and be a part of growing our communities' love for plants, and increasing our connection to thriving native habitat and food resilience. The event will connect our community with local nurseries, buisnesses and NFP's and other growers nurturing our local green economy. Workshops, talks, kids activities and an abundance of local plants and plant lovers.

Our mission is to promote native plants and the restoration of habitat, while also supporting resilience through local food production, but selected rare, exotic and ornamentals are welcome too. We preference growers from our region and those growing native, rare and food production plants.

Council say NO to the below plants

Please see below Byron Council’s list of prohibited plants. Please make sure you don’t sell any of these on the day. Council will likely be part of our Plant Fair and could be checking plant stalls, to ensure they are doing the right thing.
